• 6 eggs
• 1 cup + 1 tablespoon sugar
• 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
• 3/4 cup brandy
• 1/3 cup dark rum (Captain Morgan for best flavor, but Myers is OK)
• 2 cups whipping cream
• 2 cups milk

Beat the eggs for 2 or 3 minutes with an electric mixer at medium speed until very frothy. Gradually beat in the sugar, vanilla and nutmeg. Turn the mixer off and stir in the cold brandy, rum, whipping cream and milk Chill before serving. Sprinkle individual servings with more nutmeg.

Makes about 2-1/2 quarts. Enjoy this Christmas drink.

Christmas Champagne Drink

• 1 can (20-ounce) crushed pineapple in heavy syrup
  1 cup fresh lemon juice
  1 cup maraschino cherry juice
  1 cup dark rum
  1/2 cup brandy

For this Christmas drink, pour 1 bottle (750 ml) chilled inexpensive brut Champagne In a large punch bowl or pitcher, stir pineapple, lemon juice, cherry juice, rum, and brandy to blend. Refrigerate for 30 minutes. Add Champagne just before serving. Enjoy this Chistmas Drink

Christmas Mulled Wine Drink

• 3 cups Water
• 1 cup Sugar
• 12 Cloves
• 2 Cinnamon sticks
• 1 Lemon peel
• 750 ml Red wine
• 1/4 cup Brandy

For this Christmas drink, simmer 3 cups water with, sugar, cloves, cinnamon sticks, and lemon peel in a stainless steel pot for 10 minutes. Add wine heat to a "coffee temperature" (DO NOT BOIL) then add the brandy.  Enjoy this Chistmas Drink.
